Do you ship products domestically?

We do not have an online store, nor do we offer shipping services for our souvenirs. If you would like to experience what goods Fish Connection has to offer, check out our physical location on the Homer Spit!

Our fishing trip got cancelled due to weather! What now?

Alaska is known to have rather temperamental seasons at times. If your boat never left the shore, you will receive a full refund for your fishing trip, and we will do our best to rebook you based on availability. If we don't have anything, we will work with other charter companies to ensure you get out on the water ASAP! Refunds are not provided if you miss the departure time with no warning. 

Are you open year round? 

Fish Connection is a seasonal business, and we close down for the winter. Although the exact dates of our operating times varies, we are usually open from the start of May through the end of September.

What payment options do you have?

We take all forms of American currency, including debit, credit, Apple Pay (with a $10 card minimum) and cash.
